Rayquaza- For Hoa

I did this for a friend who went to my school. He was moving, and wouldn't be at the same school I'm going to next year. He likes Rayquaza, so I did my best to draw one for him. And then I colored it with colored pencils. I'm glad how it turned out, it's honestly my best picture colored with pencils. I gave the original to him, but scanned it before that... So yeah.
